A word from Monique, the 'Russell' costume creator:

My son watches the movie UP like 10 times a day no joke..hahaha. I asked him wanted to be this year and he said Russel so I gathered all the materials to make it (: I had such a fun time making this costume (: I bought the fabric from Joannes.

SHIRT/HAT
from the polo store
I added the wilderness explorer symbol made it out of felt and cut the shapes out and glued it with E6000

SASH
I sewed it to a size that would fit my toddler.
Bought big colored buttons and printed Russels badges online cut them out and glued them onto the buttons with E6000 glue. I also added pins to the back of the buttons so I can clip them to the sash. I ordered the "Ellie" badge online for $2.00.

BELT/SHORTS
I already had those. Just some brown/tan shorts and brown belt. I added the wilderness explorer symbol to the belt buckle it was just a laminated printed one.

BACKPACK:
This is the fun part, I bought the flash light, trumpet, hand sanitizer, pots, net, and rope, blue cup, from the dollar tree.
